The Find dialog gives you a way to locate a particular work request if you know all or part of its name or description. The Find dialog box is opened with the Find command on the Workflow Manager's menu.

When the search is complete, any matched work requests are listed in the lower pane of the Find dialog box. Double-clicking a work request in the list opens the My Work view with the selected item highlighted. Right-clicking a matched work request displays a shortcut menu with options for accessing the item's Work Request Properties dialog box, deleting or canceling the work request, or changing the work request's life-cycle state.

If the work request has an attached design, the Design Assistant command on the shortcut menu opens the design in the Design Assistant window.

Some commands may be unavailable because of the work request's current state or the capabilities that have been assigned to your user group.
